How long does a typical project take?
Social media retainers begin immediately after onboarding and run month-to-month.
For project-based services (such as brand shoots, email sequences, or website builds), timelines vary depending on scope. Most projects range from 2–6 weeks, depending on deliverables, revisions, and your availability during review stages.
What is my involvement in the process?
We handle the strategy, creative direction, content planning, posting, engagement, and optimization — but you’re the expert on your business.

After our consultation, we provide a tailored proposal outlining deliverables and investment.
What does your payment structure look like?
For monthly retainers, payment is due on the 1st of each month.
For project-based work, we require:
50% deposit to secure your spot
Remaining balance due at project completion before final delivery
All payments are non-refundable due to time reserved, planning, and strategy work.
